Shipping & Delivery Terms (applicable to orders not being picked up at our retail location or being delivered to a group point of contact): Accelerated Graphx

1. Production vs. Transit Time

• Production Lead Time: Shipping estimates begin after our standard production turnaround (as outlined in our [Production T&Cs]). Choosing "Priority Mail" or "Express" at checkout speeds up the transit time with USPS, not the production time at Accelerated Graphx.

• Order Fulfillment: You will receive a tracking number via email once your label is printed. Please allow 24–48 hours for USPS to scan the package and for the status to update from "Pre-Shipment" to "Accepted."

2. USPS Shipping Methods

• Ground Advantage: Our standard shipping method. Typically delivers in 2–5 business days, but is not guaranteed by a specific date.

• Priority Mail: Includes $100 of built-in insurance and typically delivers in 1–3 business days.

• Priority Mail Express: The only USPS service with a money-back delivery guarantee.

3. Transfer of Risk & Responsibility

• Carrier Responsibility: Accelerated Graphx is responsible for the quality of your goods and the secure packaging of your order. Once the package is scanned by USPS, the carrier assumes responsibility for the physical delivery of the items.

• Delayed Packages: We are not liable for delays caused by USPS due to weather, seasonal volume, or "Acts of God." We cannot provide refunds for shipping costs on delayed Ground or Priority packages.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to rough handling by the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and the product. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS.

• Lost Packages: A package is considered "lost" by USPS after 15 business days without a tracking update. At that point, we will work with you to file a "Missing Mail Search" and discuss a replacement or credit.

• Stolen/Missing (Delivered Status): If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have the package, please check with neighbors or your local Post Office. Accelerated Graphx is not responsible for "Porch Piracy" or theft after a confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

5. Inclusive Shipping Practices

• Address Accuracy: To ensure your order reaches you, we use automated address verification. If our system flags an address as "unverifiable," we will contact you immediately. This may delay shipping until we receive a corrected address.

• PO Boxes & APO/FPO: As a primary USPS user, Accelerated Graphx proudly ships to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses to remain accessible to all service members and rural customers.

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We cannot mark items as "Gift" to avoid these fees as it is a violation of federal law.
